Terms of Service
Terms for Ordering and Using Quick Copy 2
These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when you use our website, submit artwork, approve proofs, purchase custom print products, or communicate with our team.
Last updated: May 21, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quick Copy 2 website and ordering systems, including quotes, custom product builders, file uploads, design proofs, checkout, payment links, pickup, delivery, and customer support.
By placing an order, submitting a quote request, uploading artwork, approving a proof, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering for a business, school, organization, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to place that order.
Custom orders and product details
Most Quick Copy 2 products are custom made. You are responsible for reviewing product type, size, color, quantity, spelling, placement, design instructions, uploaded files, deadlines, and delivery or pickup details before submitting or approving an order.
We work to display pricing, colors, product availability, and turnaround estimates accurately, but screen colors, garment batches, material availability, file quality, and production conditions may affect final results. We may contact you if an order needs clarification or adjustment before production.
Artwork rights and content rules
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, photos, names, artwork, designs, trademarks, copyrighted material, likenesses, or other content you submit. You are responsible for claims that arise from content you provide.
We may refuse, pause, or cancel work that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for production. Refusal of a job does not create liability for lost deadlines, events, campaigns, or resale opportunities.
Proofs and approvals
Design proofs, mockups, previews, and product images are used to help confirm layout and general appearance. They may not perfectly represent final scale, color, texture, print method, material, or placement.
Once you approve a proof or confirm production details, Quick Copy 2 may begin production. Approved custom work may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or revision unless we determine that a production error occurred.
Payment, deposits, and balances
Orders may require full payment, a deposit, or a payment authorization before production begins. Remaining balances must be paid before pickup, delivery, shipment, or release of completed work unless Quick Copy 2 agrees otherwise in writing.
Prices may include product costs, design labor, setup fees, rush fees, taxes, shipping, delivery, or other order-specific charges. If a quote or checkout price contains an obvious error, we may correct it before accepting or producing the order.
Turnaround, pickup, and delivery
Turnaround times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed deadline in writing. Delays may occur because of artwork issues, late approvals, payment delays, supplier availability, equipment issues, weather, shipping carrier delays, or unusually high order volume.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, shipping, and delivery information. Risk of loss may transfer after pickup, delivery to the provided address, carrier handoff, or release to a person authorized to receive the order.
Cancellations, refunds, and reprints
Because custom print orders are made specifically for each customer, cancellations and refunds are limited once design, setup, sourcing, or production has started. Approved proofs, personalized items, uploaded-file orders, and completed custom work are generally final sale.
If you believe there is a production error, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos. When we confirm an error caused by Quick Copy 2, we may offer a correction, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with ordering systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, upload malicious files, submit fraudulent orders, or use our services in a way that violates law or harms Quick Copy 2, our customers, or third parties.
Website content, product photos, designs, branding, text, and interface elements belong to Quick Copy 2 or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except as allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quick Copy 2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to website use, order delays, event deadlines, customer-supplied artwork, shipping issues, or third-party services.
Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid to Quick Copy 2 for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
